Hampton Inn & Suites - Reno West, Nv

The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered avery comfy and tidy stay. I appreciated the ample room for my family, allowing everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The complimentary breakfast had a rich variety, with hot waffles and fresh fruit. The indoor pool was open late. Sadly, we faced issues with housekeeping, as we found dirty towels left in the bathroom upon our arrival. This was disappointing, especially since we arrived after a long drive and were eager to settle in. Despite these setbacks, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room were great.

Location: the hotel was right by a residential area, right off of Interstate 80, within walking distance of several restaurants, and downtown and convention center. The room was spotless, with safe and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS views.

Loved the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, clean and quiet! The self check-in made things easy, and exploring the Reno/Sparks area was easy. Just wish the soundproofing was better. I heard a bit too much of the hallway noise at night.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioner was broken and made it tough to sleep.

The room I stayed in had a broken air conditioner and warm air blew all night, how good, right? I was horrified to find the Kleenex box empty. Oh, and after my troubles, I expected a complimentary gesture or some kind of upgrade, but I guess that kind of service is just too much to ask for here.

The complimentary breakfast was a feast of flavors, with delicious cooked breakfast items like crispy bacon and fresh fruits that energized my mornings. Plus, the indoor swimming pool was warm and inviting.

The complimentary breakfast was quite generous and varied.

I encountered a significant issue when the air conditioning in my room failed, blasting warm air all night. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk for help, the staff member was asleep, leaving me with no option but to endure the discomfort. The cleanliness was not up to par, as I noticed an empty Kleenex box and a lamp shade that fell off. Such details left me feeling quite disappointed.

The room featured numerous outlets, including usb ports. Breakfast had an excellent variety, with a hot waffle machine, and the indoor pool provided a pleasant retreat after a long day 😃

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a relaxing indoor swimming pool, I find everything I need. The staff even helped with taxi tips during my first stay. I'll definitely return for a romantic escape.
